A scheduled stop during an overnight railway journey ends up with the investigators fighting for their survival: can they unravel the mystery of the unexpected item in the baggage area?

Lost and Found is a railway-based scenario designed for three to five players to be run over one to two sessions (3-8 hours). This scenario can be played as a stand-alone, or as an adjunct to an existing campaign (e.g. Masks of Nyarlathotep, Horror on the Orient Express, The Children of Fear, or homebrewed), being set during a train journey. The destination and departure points of the train are immaterial; only the journey matters.

Ostensibly set in 1920s England, this scenario can be relocated to any country or era after the advent of passenger rail travel (1830s onwards). This scenario is written for Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition and contains:

  • 64 pages with additional historical and background detail;

  • Full colour handouts, and maps;

  • An additional print-friendly version;

  • Six pre-generated investigators with new design character sheets;

  • A new spell, a new mythos tome, and a new skill;

  • Details on how to include this scenario in a number of the big Call of Cthulhu campaigns (Masks of Nyarlathotep, The Children of Fear, and others).
